To avoid the large quantities of difficult to dispose Styrofoam disposable boxes, Loxxess Pharma, a leading 3PL network, has developed a reusable passive cool box. We from Loxxess Pharma are constantly striving to become a greener and more sustainable company.
We are missing a return label?
There is a pre-printed return label for DHL Express enclosed in each box.
Please use this label only. It is self-adhesive. Place it on top of the old address label. Should the label not be included in your shipment, please contact our hotline.
How to proceed with a damaged box?
Please contact our hotline for instructions.
How should I handle two or more boxes?
There is a pre-printed return label for DHL Express enclosed in each box.
Is there any cost associated with returning the box?
There is no cost associated with returning the box. All costs are covered by the pharmaceutical company that provided you with the product. Thank you very much for properly returning the box. This keeps costs low and makes logistics greener.
